The region is particularly known for its wine culture and varieties and is therefore considered the wine centre of Georgia. However, it is not only wine and culinary delights that make the region attractive to our guests.
Kakheti is home to numerous historical monuments and attractions, including the Gareji Monastery, the town of Sighnaghi, the Alaverdi Monastery and Gremi Castle, all of which are important components of Georgian culture.
The unique scenic beauty of the fertile Alazani plain, set against the majestic backdrop of the Greater Caucasus, is a popular motif for photographic trips in Georgia.

Here you will have the opportunity to visit the monastery and admire the colourful frescoes from the 10th to 13th century. For lunch, we will stop at a cosy restaurant in the village of Udabno.
Afterwards, we will continue to Sighnaghi in Kakheti, where we can enjoy a relaxing walk through the city.
