Minimum Number of Travelers

Dear Guest,

For each travel programme, a minimum number of travellers is set for a ‘guaranteed trip’ to be carried out at the stated price.

There is always a possibility that the minimum number of travellers for a guaranteed trip you have booked will not be reached for various reasons.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact you 30 days before departure and offer you the following three options:

Option 1 – Surcharge

The trip will be carried out for a corresponding surcharge. The price differentiation depending on the number of participants is as follows:

Surcharge for three participants – 15% of the stated price

Surcharge for two participants – 20% of the stated price

Surcharge for one participant – 45% of the stated price

Option 2 – Alternative

Instead of the surcharge, you can alternatively book the same trip on a different date or choose a different guaranteed trip from our catalogue, which we will be happy to book for you. If the new trip is cheaper, we will refund the price difference. If the new trip is more expensive, you only pay 80% of the price difference.

Option 3 – Cancellation

You can simply cancel the trip. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the travel price you have already paid.
